This medium bodied wine was crafted from premium, handpicked Sangiovese grapes sourced from the Heathcote wine region. This batch of grapes was first destemmed, then left on skins for two weeks before pressing. Finally, it was aged for 10 months in mature French oak barrels before bottling.

No fining or filtration has been used, ensuring the fruit’s integrity and character has not been compromised. This wine shows intense flavours of ripe plum, cherries and forest berries, along with earthy notes, providing great depth, elegance and complexity.
