Aspect – east.
Fermented using a portion of whole bunches in open fermenters.
18 months maturation in second use French oak barriques.
Unfined and unfiltered.
Serve between 13°c and 16°c.

“Smooth and plush, rich and velvety. Dark berries, plummy fruit, faint stone fruit and sweet spice in the mix. Slippery tannins guide the wine, a gentle pucker there but not really about that here.
