Made with 100% Grenache this pale pink, highly aromatic rosé is reminiscent of musk, confectionary, strawberries and cherries as well as nuances of rose petals. It is a full flavoured style, well weighted yet fresh and linear in structure. The palate is woven with ripe strawberry, cherry and orange sherbet flavours which continue through the palate. This wine presents well with excellent balance, freshness and structure whilst the mouth feel and chalky acidity will reward epicureans.
