Ribolla Gialla is a white grape variety native to North Eastern Italy. This wine was fermented on skins for 2 weeks in open vats. It was then pressed off to stainless steel tanks where it went through malolactic fermentation. Golden amber in colour with aromas of tinned pears & honeydew melon. Full of texture with flavours of lemon sherbet & cotton candy. Finishing with flint & saline notes this wine has a clean dry finish.
