Vermentino is a variety native to Sardinia, Italy. This wine was made from fruit grown in the ancient Cambrian soils of Heathcote.
Tasting note
The 2019 Vermentino is pale straw in colour with aromas of orange blossom and fresh pear. It has a light, clean palate with a minerally finish. A perfect match with oysters or white-fleshed fish.
