The unique terroir of our little Lakeside vineyard, which is located just 60 metres from Lake Eppalock, right in the middle of the Heathcote wine growing region, presents an ideal location to produce this premium Sparkling Shiraz.
The grapes for our 2017 vintage were handpicked and then handcrafted in the traditional method (méthode champenoise). This wine offers fruit flavours with hints of mulberry and ripe raspberry, with a rich and smooth subtle finish.
Ideal to enjoy chilled in the Spring and Summer months, this Sparkling Shiraz pairs deliciously with shellfish and is a perfect aperitif to stimulate the palate.
