2017 was such a good year for our Cabernets and Merlot varieties that we decided to have a bit of fun with our Myola blend and made not one but two Bordeaux style blends. Myola I is the Merlot / Cabernet Franc blend, with attractive sweet blackcurrant on the nose and a complex red fruit palate intermixed with floral tones brought in by the Cabernet Franc.

Alcohol: 14.4% v/v, Residual Sugar: 0.31 g/L, pH 3.48, Acidity: 6.1 g/L
