The unique terroir of our little Lakeside vineyard, which is located just 60 metres from Lake Eppalock, right in the middle of the Heathcote wine growing region, presents an ideal location to produce this premium Sparkling Shiraz.
The grapes for our 2018 vintage were handpicked and then handcrafted in the traditional method (méthode champenoise). This wine offers fruit flavours with hints of wild raspberry and sweet strawberry, with a rich and smooth subtle finish.
Ideal to enjoy chilled in the Spring and Summer months, this Sparkling Shiraz pairs deliciously with shellfish and is a perfect aperitif to stimulate the palate.

"A young sparkling shiraz on the delicate side. Attractively plummy with anise, plum cake and regional mint. Smooth and ripe to taste, with just a hint of savouriness it finishes dry. Simple but carries the style well." Jeni Port for Hallidays, score: 89 points (Bronze).
"Deep purple/red colour, with a powerful nose of eucalyptus-mint and blackberry. Big, bold, straightforward flavour, plenty of sweetness and a whip-crack of tannin on the finish." Huon Hooke for The Real Review, score: 87 points (Bronze).
