The 2019 Viognier was harvested early after a hot, dry Summer, left on skins for ten days to give it character, then steel aged and bottled. The result is a dry, minimal intervention, skin-contact, slightly petillant naturel Viognier that will impress your wine-enthusiast mates.
IMPORTANT: Deliveries are currently to VIC only and are dispatched each Monday. By using this website you give authority to leave in a safe place if you're not home when the delivery is made. Sorry, but we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
